I divorced in 2013, since my divorce a group of persons representing my husband and complaints from our marriage has contacted me endlessly at work, around my home and mercilessly harass me day and night for 5 years. Can I sue him for breaching the contract for rallying these people to bother and contact me in the first place
If you are being harassed, your remedy is to seek restraining orders against your harassers,
Thank you for your question.
There may be ground to sue based on what was agreed to, however, the better course of action may be to pursue a restraining order against your ex if he is causing third parties to harass or stalk you. Based on your circumstances, it would be best to contact an experienced family law attorney to address your specific concerns and to ensure you understand your rights.
