We just went to another infertility doctor and explained our situation. He asked about our “law tests” which are screenings for different diseases before we even start an IVF cycle and we told him that we never did that in that clinic. Our current doctor informed us that this was against the law and every clinic must do that before every treatment. To add to it, we only did one test to check my hormone levels at the begging for of the cycle and never continually checked like they were suppose too. This clinic also never informed us that our embryos had stopped growing until I went for an embryo transfer, the emotional distress that they caused for not keeping me informed was almost unbearable, although I had called the day before to check on the embryos and they said everything was fine. All these factors almost guaranteed a negative outcome.
