Can I sue a woman for cheating with my husband?

I agree with Mr. Rafter. I will add that whether you sue or not depends a lot on what you would actually could collect from her if you won. Speak to a family law attorney to discuss.
Yes you can. And for sending inappropriate photos too. But don't lose sight of the fact that at bottom it is your spouse who betrayed you---and did so willingly. If you are headed toward divorce, you might want to hold off on suing the other woman since two law suits at the same time is expensive and stressful.
