I went to a store on Christmas day and the sign said they close at 6 and it's been like that's for months.I arrived at 5 and they wasnt letting anyone else in they also had an officer turning everyone around saying they,re close I asked why when it was advertised they were closing at 6 and the response was I dont know I'm just doing my job
No, not illegal, just poor customer relations. The most you can do is possibly complain to the upper management.
