What were the terms and conditions of the contract? What was the moving company going to do for you parents? What were your parents going to do for the moving company?

What furniture was supposed to be delivered to your parents' home? Do your parents have a photograph or photographs and/or a video or videos of the furniture? If known, what is the fair market value of each piece of furniture? If known, what is the fair market value total of all of the furniture?

You can sue the company wherever the company is headquartered, or where the contract was entered. That's all you can do to get your money or stuff. Sounds like you found a really shady company to do the work. You may lose your stuff and have to chase your cash.
