Today at subway I bought the day old cookies. The label stated there were 12 cookies in the package and provided ingredients for.these cookies. These cookies being: white chip macadamia nut, chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, and oatmeal raisin. In this bag I only received 3 cookies: white chip macadamia nut, oatmeal raisin, and peanut butter. The peanut butter was not on the labeling at all. Also not on the labeling was the date the cookies were baked. There is a spot for the date to be put but it is blank. Do I have a case?
What are your damages? Unless eating them caused injury, I wouldn’t think so.
