The hotel that I’m staying in has a remote access cord connection connected to my tv. When I called the front desk to inquire they said it was for the remote to work. I disconnected the cord and the remote works fine. At one point I was in the shower and heard my tv gone completely silent, as if it was muted. I’m addition to this my Mcafee security system on my phone showed over twenty WiFi threats since logging into the hotels WiFi. I am staying here for personal reasons due to my anxiety issues and now my anxiety is even worse. I feel like my personal information including my financials, passwords and internet searches have been compromised. Please help
I do not think you have a valid cause of action if you voluntarily logged into the Hotel's WiFi system. That is a risk you arguably took if you logged in.
