Can I sue a hospital for being unprofessional, not give the right treatment, & just assumed what I had without even giving tests

You have no case. You have not stated any permanent or otherwise serious, significant damage stemming from the delay in diagnosing RSV. Your outcome is the same even if diagnosed a day earlier. Moreover, RSV's symptoms are usually those of a common cold. The symptoms in some cases can be similar to those of pneumonia or bronchitis. RSV usually resolves in a week or so with over the counter meds and the use of Tylenol. It can be serious in infants or older adults, but you seem to be ok. Ergo, no damages=no case.
