I went to the muhlenberg hospital 2x. They never took blood, urine or even a saliva test nothing at all. Both times they assumed I had the flu or bronchitis. So they gave me prescriptions and it wasn't cheap total cost with both times was close to 50$ . And I was taking these medications that I never needed. They never put me in my own room, they left in in the waiting room and just took a x-ray and saw just phlem so they automatically assumed that I had the flu. Oh and they already had documentation showing I have a heart condition I had 5 heart surgeries as a child. They never took my weight, they did absolutely nothing. they just assumed because of the phlem in my lungs. they were unprofessional, hospital was so dirty and they couldve caused me to die because I wasnt treated correctly and I was taking medication that they gave me that I never needed. I am in a different hospital currently and turns out I got RSV and that's worse because it can go to my heart. Even the hospital I am in was so confused on why they never treated me correctly not even a blood test. They saw much struggle I was in. And turns out I don't even have the flu or even bronchitis. They just assumed.
You have no case. You have not stated any permanent or otherwise serious, significant damage stemming from the delay in diagnosing RSV. Your outcome is the same even if diagnosed a day earlier. Moreover, RSV's symptoms are usually those of a common cold. The symptoms in some cases can be similar to those of pneumonia or bronchitis. RSV usually resolves in a week or so with over the counter meds and the use of Tylenol. It can be serious in infants or older adults, but you seem to be ok. Ergo, no damages=no case.
