My respiratory condition has been compromised suffering several allergies they told me to wear a mask and keep coming as smells coming out of my nose and my breath which they called the stink breath and said I was musty smelling. Using that to constantly have embrass me and bring me down like I was unsanitary yet would not let me leave when I said I can't come in and I kept saying wear a mask
This appears to be a work related matter so I have moved your question to workers compensation.
answers to questions are for general purposes only and do not establish an attorney-client relationship.
It is difficult to prove mold poisoning, but not impossible if your doctor backs you up, you might have a claim for Workers Compensation Benefits.
If the place you work is rented from a landlord, you may be able to sue for damages, but I think because of the difficult to prove relationship of your illness to the mold you might be hard-pressed to find attorney to help you.
If circumstances allow you can file both for Workers Comp and bring a third party lawsuit.
This is merely a general response to a common inquiry and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
