Can I sue a credit card company?
1 attorney answer
A judgment allows the judgment creditor to garnishee your wages. There is nothing to sue the credit card company for, they did what they are entitled to do. If you want to challenge the judgment, you would need to file an order to show cause to vacate the judgment. Speak with an experienced debt defense attorney about your options.
