Paid store for flooring that they told me would be installed by their national contracted installation
Company which was subcontracting the work to local flooring installers . I was assured All installers were put through vetting process fully bonded , insured and licensed with all employees legal and background checks done.... I believe I stumbled across what is going on by the licensed contractor is re-subcontracting to unvetted laborers who come to your home to do the installation.
You "believe [you] stumbled across what is going on by the licensed contractor is re-subcontracting to unvetted laborers who come to your home to do the installation." That is not proof, and you have no damages.
If you believe that, get your flooring elsewhere.
