Suddenly after an FMLA leave I was harassed by a new boss, being called in for a weekly reprimand. I was harassed and disciplined for things that he himself did. I was previously given commendationso on a regular basis. I eventually took a leave for anxiety and depression the harassment became so bad.
FMLA retaliation is policed USDOL. Disability discrimination is best policed by IDHR but also, poorly, by EEOC.
