Can I stop my X from asking full custody of our child with a child support court case for back arrearage?

You can't change the custody order in the support case. It is a bit odd that the person who is supervising is also the person with whom you live (your mother). I think you should make all efforts to become self-supporting, move away from your mother, and then seek a modification of custody. As long as you remain under her roof, you will be unable to counter accusations made by her AND child's father unless you can convince her that she was wrong.
