My parenting agreement says I have sole custody, care, and decision making for our daughter in Will County, IL. Can I do anything to stop my ex from letting our 11 year old use social media apps while in his care? She's now sneaking them while at home.
Assuming your agreement gives you the power to stop child from using social media, how do you enforce that right without putting child in the middle? Makes more sense to first try to reach agreement with other arent as to use of social apps.
If you cannot reach an agreement as to this issue, mediation may be able to assist you, as any modification is going to require it anyway.
