my ex boyfriend just got paroled a month ago and is a registered sex offender. He has not had any contact with our 5 month old daughter.
The state is making me go for child support and he told the courts that he wants joint custody of our daughter. I would rather him not be in her life at all.
I need to know what are the chances of him getting joint custody and visitation?
We did not know each other when he got the CSC charge but I was the one who reported him for parole violation that got him sent back to prison this last time.
What crime did he commit to get him on the sex offender registry? You really should retain an attorney to represent you as this is going to require more information and attention than is suitable in this forum
