I been married for 6 years with an american citizen,a year ago i left my house,it was a very nasty situation in that she call the cops while i was leaving the house and told them that i beat her,i got arrest, went to jail for 6 months,i had an immigration hold because i never fix my legal situation here, even though i came with a k-1 visa and marry her here in the U.S,but that's another story. When my criminal case was over immigration took me to krome, finally after 2 weeks i went in front of the Immigration Judge and ask for a voluntary departure. That same week i was flying back to my country. Everything happend so fast that i didn't even got divorce. Now im wondering if she can go to immigration and accused me of fraud? if so,they can take me back to jail here in U.S?

Can she? Yes
What effects will it have? depends on whether you apply for immigration benefits and if you do, whether you can prove the marriage was not fraudulent.

The USCIS can make a finding of marriage fraud but it is not likely since you have already left the country. You will not be brought back to the US and put in jail even if there is a finding of fraud.
First get your divorce done. Then - hopefully you can get back in. You really need to look at the paperwork that was given to you "NTA" is the form - to see if they accused you of immigration fraud. I would think not, and so I assume you will not have to fight this. But perhaps....
