Can I sell the home even though the other heirs are in objection?
I am the Administrator of my mother's estate. Part of the estate is a home. The home is currently in escrow and I have advised the other heirs of the sale of the home. They have objected, but have not provided a court date for their objection. I received written notice of their objection. I have given them the opportunity to buy the home in cash, but they cannot come up with the funds. 30 days have passed and I have given them notice that I would sell the home once the 30 days have passed. I have an estate bank already in place. We close probate June 2023. I need to know if I have the right to sell the home.

You must file petition to sell home in probate matter and provide notice to all interested parties. Court will set hearing on petition. Interested parties may file objections to sale.
