Can i say where i am living I am 16 and I have been with my fiance since January9 2012 my grades were almost all Fs since fifth grade and my mom and i moved in whem here and my dad split up for a month and my grades started to go up well they got back together and we moved and my grades droped again well the next year i went to alternative for my 9th grade year and got kicked out for my grades being to low at the end of the first semester well my mom and dad said i should move in to get my grades up well me grades are all up and im passing every class but there has been some dispute and they want me to move back hom but my dad drinks every weeked and they have a older couple living there that has really bad hygiene and a man thats about 21 that is mentally challenged that also drinks with my dad well i would like to stay were i am at where i have good grades a stable steady home and job and my parents want me to go back home and never go out to where im at again can i legally say no that i am happy where im at and i am doing ten times better then i have or would with them because i have been living there for about a year now?
At age 16 you do not have the ability to simply decide where you live irrespective of the preferences of your legal guardians.
If your parents home is not safe or otherwise unfit, it may be possible for someone else to become your legal guardian, but preference to be with the person you call your fiance alone won't cut it.
