Can I require a property manager to pay me rent received from tenants?
I own property in GA which is managed by a property manager, who is not paying me the rent less mgt fees.

I hope that you have a written agreement with the property manager. However, even if you do not, it sounds like there is enough to show a contractual relationship. You are entitled to get the rent money from property you own and the property manager is entitled to be paid for their work. It sounds to me like the property manager owes you money.
