He is very far behind in his payments, and has been jailed before. He's recently started paying it through the courts, averaging around $200 less per month than the order requires. What he has been paying (around $400/month) has been extremely helpful to me and my children. If he is sent back to jail, I'll get nothing. Is there anything at all I can do to express this to the courts? Some child support money is better than none.
