You will need to have an attorney evaluate your custody order and provide you detail as to what course of actions you can take.
Being clean of drugs and criminal records and being employed would be able to increase your chances in increasing your visitation and or modification for full custody. Please contact an attorney to discuss in details.

It may be difficult. Consulting with a local attorney where the order of custody was issued would be best to assess all the facts of ‘then’ and ‘now.’ If you do not yet have legal counsel, you should. Best of luck to you.
