I received RFE to submit End client letter, for my H1B Petition filed last year. While I am trying to prepare RFE documents I came to know that work location in LCA and Petition are different. I have to submit RFE by 05/11/2012. Please suggest whether I can submit the RFE documents for now and then later change the LCA location by reapplying LCA ?
You need an attorney to monitor and review your case. Since your visa is through your employer he/she or the company attorney ought to be assisting you.
I agree. Consult the attorney who filed the case. A material change since petition filing may result in a denial and need to refile the petition which could effect your status.
If you are the employee, no. If you are the employer, you need to be working with an experienced immigration attorney.

Your requirement to update the Labor Condition Application is unrelated to the Request for Evidence, and if there is any error on the LCA, it must be corrected immediately.
