I want to sell my car, but I'm new in this country and I want to know if I can put a FOR SALE sign in the windshield or windows of my car, park my car in public parking and drive my car for the freeway without any legal problem??
Usually I see cars with FOR SALE message, but I don't know if that is legal or not.
I know of no reason you cannot have a For Sale sign posted in the car windows anytime that it is parked. To have it posted while you are driving is likely to be a different matter. I suspect posted on a back driver's side window while driving would be lawful but likely not in either front side windows or in the back window or windshield due to safety reasons and not blocking visibility while driving. You might also consider asking a police officer since they are the one's that would be issuing you a ticket if they did consider it unlawful somehow. The size of the proposed sign might also be a potential issue.

Every case is very "fact-specific" and persons wishing legal advice on a specific matter should contact me or another attorney for an appointment to review their particular circumstances and to create a lawyer-client relationship.
I agree with Atty. Abbott--do not impede your ability to see properly while driving and you should be fine. Good luck --hopefully it sells quickly.
