He got trown in jail for kidnaping a 15 yr old and was given 10yrs in prison. He will be released soon and im scared for my child. I want him to not come near us ever what can i do?
If the order says that he has to take drug tests and the psychological test prior to having parenting time, then you can follow the order. If the order says that he gets parenting time, then you will have to petition the court for him to have no parenting time.

I agree with attorney Morton's answer and will add that your child's school and any care providers (babysitters, after school care programs) should have a copy of your orders so they know that your son is not to be released to the father (if that is what your orders state).
