A Facebook friend talked me into buying a computer from him I paid through money gram and he never came to my house with the item like he said he would then he gives me this story about how the friend taking him to and from robbed him but I’d still get the computer a month in a half later nothing then he tried to sell something else and when I asked about the item I already paid for he went ghost again, can I get charges pressed for theft or should I sue?
