Someone called cps on me they came out checked the home talked to the kids we did our drug test and they called and said they closed the case, i want to sue who ever called for the false claim but i don't know how to go about it and mostly i want to know who did it
Generally reporters are protected by law and cannot be revealed or sued. There are exceptions. Speak with the case worker or hire an attorney. Just because cps closed the case does not mean the person who reported it can be sued.
