I live in Florida and my child isn’t born yet. I’m currently living with my bf but we’re not married. If I chose to wait until the baby is born here would I still have a problem relocating to my parents house in Wisconsin?
If there is no court order in place, you may relocate. However, I would do so sooner rather than later because once he files a paternity action in a Florida court, you may be hindered in your plans to relocate.
