I am on misdemenaor probation for two years in illinois and i want to move to new jersey for better job opportunity and my fiance lives their but my probation officer is saying i can move with out a blood relative residing there i think he just does not want to do the paper work.Can't move*
How long have you been on probation? Are there any other conditions of your probation? Community service, alcohol classes, drug testing, ect? If so, have you completed them? We can possibly petition the court to end your probation early.
