I'm currently on summary probation for disturbing the peace. All my things the court ordered me to do are all taken care of, all I need to do is finish paying my fines, I've been on good terms with the court ever since I was convinced. My BF is in the Military (active duty) and is stationed in Arizona and just recently got approved for us to have an apartment out there. I also would love to transfer colleges and find a better job opportunity. I plan on coming back to .CA to attend my court dates and stuff still I just want to know if I can leave without any issues.
It is always advisable to have an attorney review the paperwork from your case as the probation orders from judges vary from court to court and defendant to defendant. However, in general there is no travel restriction associated with unsupervised summary probation for misdemeanor offenses.
