I'm 17 years old in Florida would my parents have to force me to come back at home with the police if Ieave? Also if I'm 17 amd pregnant and warn to move out with my boyfriend can they make me stay there or can I leave?
It seems like this question is continually asked. Your parents have full control over you until such time as you reach the age of 18 unless you become emancipated. Please speak to a trusted teacher, clergy member, or other adult to assist you if you are having difficulties.
This answer is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for your particular case nor is it intended as legal advice. I have not reviewed your case nor have I met with you and the answer to this question does not in any manner whatsoever establish an attorney/client relationship.
You have to wait until you are 18, having a baby does not emancipate you. You have to do as your parents direct you.
