I was deported and banned from the UK for 2- 5 years for over staying my travel visa. We were just unable at that time to pay the HO fees. I'm disabled and we are miserable and depressed apart from one another again. Couldn't he come here to get married to me and then I eventually go back there to him? He has a stable place to live, over 10 years but we are really struggling without one another. We are the only family we have. I love him so much and can't bear the thought that we will never be able to reunite. Worse, that I face a horrible outcome here in the states on my own with no one to look after me. Please help and advise. Thank you.
I am sorry, but this is a US ... not a UK immigration law blog.
Go to www.ailalawyer.com and search for someone with a UK attorney/barrister/solicitor license.

My recommendation is you stop explaining all of this on a public blog and at least consult with a Board Certified Immigration attorney.
