I'm a private school teacher. I was at a friend's house and did a playful 10 second dance that could've been seen as provocative after a touchdown. I didn't realize it but my friend videoed it with her phone and put it on social media. Many students saw it and am being called in to discuss the matter. Can I lose my job over this? Can I take legal action?
You can lose your job over this or for no reason at all. And your friend can generally record what she sees and post it. Depending on the actual sexual content this may be a crime however if not quite sexual probably nothing you can do.
