I have a party driveway and have a Court Order that no one is to enter my property from the house next door no parking in the driveway. The guy next door keeps walking my side as others do - people I do not know - and leaves his car for a long time on my property when using the garage. Also when leaving the driveway the car is stopped on the sidewalk to load the trunk with empty boxes, etc. to waste time to harass me and for people to get in the car on the sidewalk. Can I legally prevent these people from using my property or the sidewalk these people have 2 times been told by the police not to leave the car on the sidewalk for any amount of time - putting a fence down the driveway would prevent me from using my garage and good quality of life I only have 4 feet. I have already spoken to the owner since 2014 I do not allow anyone on the sidewalk for any amount of time to do this. If I cannot put a fence down the driveway can I get these people off my property in the driveway (I already have a Court Order) not being adhered to and on the sidewalk.
Bring your court order to your precinct so the police are aware of the order. Have them come to the premises to witness the violation and ask if you can arrange to have the vehicle towed away.
