I have primary custody of my 2 children while their father has visitation. My mother lives close to both of us. She causes extreme mental stress to me and therefor my children feel that. I have denied her involvement but their father allows her to visit freely. How can I cease her visitation?
You should take your children to counseling. If the counselor agrees that visits with the grandmother threaten their emotional well-being, then you could file for a modification of your decree to provide for an injunction against the father allowing visits with mother.
