Can I legally have my spouse tested for bipolar disease? I am afraid to go back to the house to collect my personal belongings?
Wife screams, throws tantrum. Her father is same. Calls 50+ times while I’m working. Calls my parents constantly History of bipolar, murder, suicide in her family. Her dad collects guns. Im afraid to go to the house. what are my rights. How do I protect myself? No physical harm yet. Can I still get a restraining order?

If you feel you are in danger from your spouse it may be possible for you to obtain an Order of Protection through the family court. The order can restrain your spouse from contacting you and can potentially grant you possession of your marital home.
