I have changed the question to DUI and DWI law for more informed advice. CO and UT are both members of a compact to share drivers license records. Sometimes things slip through the cracks, but that is rare and most times the DUI will cause UT to suspend your rights to drive and CO will be informed, and CO will suspend your rights to drive in CO also. You need to take care of the Utah DUI in UT courts with your UT licensed, experienced DUI attorney, and hope the attorney can negotiate to a lesser charge to prevent loss of your CO License.
Peace be with you, and may love guide you.
If you are convicted of a DUI in Utah that would suspend your license, your license will be suspended in Colorado.
