She stay at my house two weeks and broke up with and said I could have the bed and dresser now she wants her friend to come get them. I told her in text she had until Sunday so can I keep it since she has not picked it up
Can you keep someone else's stuff because they don't pick it up within the time frame you dictated to them in a text? No, of course not! (I wouldn't). You are very likely a gratuitous bailee unfer the law and must act reasonably. If she wants the stuff back, just give it to her (i.e., make a time agreeable to both of you). if you don't it, could very well be trouble.
Hope this helps.
