I defaulted on my loan, need two weeks to come up with the money, should I hide my vehicle my intention is to pay all money owed, iam scared they wiil sell my vehicle default because iam sick.
I cannot suggest you hide vehicle from secured creditor.
However, if creditor cannot find the vehicle, they cannot repossess it.
Consider C7 and C13 BK options to eliminate debt and other options to make vehicle payments easier.
Better than doing that, perhaps a polite call to the finance company can get the payment due date delayed by two weeks or perhaps even tacked on to the end of the loan, so that your next payment is not for another couple of weeks. I would not hide the vehicle and I would also advise that you keep your insurance on the vehicle, both comprehensive and collision.
