I was convicted of Auto Insurance Fraud, Sept , 2018. Given STS hrs, fines, restitution fees, and 5 yrs probation. All court requirements are completed, (except) restitution fees (paying off in next few months). I have unsupervised probation reporting. Is there a certain amount of time that's needed to pass before asking for early release or CS hrs. Any advise is greatly appreciate!! I want to be able to find a deceit job to provide for my family. ( Court is in Dakota County).
Nothing will change until the restitution is done and even then it won’t be reduced. You should consult with an experienced criminal defense attorney in your area for help with this question.
