My NJ abstract driving record shows 4 previous accidents (1 per year over the past 4 years) that were not my fault and I have the police reports to support that.? Despite that, Uber and Lyft have refused to let me drive for them. Can I get these accidents removed from my driving record.
Abtracts are generally not able to be expunged. You were in accidents, that hasn't changed. As to fault, that would be a court matter if you were given tickets. Those are not expendable, but if you beat the case it will show.
Never. They are a fact in your history. Uber and lyft have a right to know.

Unless you want to pay an attorney to help you reopen the cases (which is by no means guaranteed), you cannot expunge traffic offenses.

Get copies of the accident reports showing you were not at fault and send them to Uber.
If I understand the question correctly you were never charged or convicted but entries were made that you were in accidents. If that is do I may disagree with my colleague. A conviction can never be removed but a notation I do not know. Call MVC and explain. Maybe.
