I evicted a boarder from my barn for not following rules and causing problems with other boarders. I allowed her daughter (who lives with her father close by) to stay in the barn. Her mother continues to cause problems when she comes to barn with daughter. I no longer want her on our property. What are my options?
Send the mother a certified letter telling her that she is not welcome on your property, and that if she is found on your property, the authorities will be notified that she is trespassing. If she refuses the certified letter, send regular, with delivery confirmation.

Send the letter telling she is no longer welcome on your property and will be trespassing by certified and regular mail at the same time. Keep copies. You can have her removed from your property.
