I accepted a plea bargain (I am not guilty) of a Class C Misdemeanor. I am currently on 90 days probation
Can this charge be expunged, taken off of my record, after the 90 days is up?
Also, I was covered with health insurance through my ex husband. I thought the rule of thumb is once the divorce is final, the insurance through spouse automatically terminates. And wouldn't it be his
responsibility to inform the insurance company to take me off?
