It depends of if there is a current charge pending. If yes, and this is being done as part of a pre-trial intervention/probation, then possibly. If not, then your concerns are simply if new charges come out of a failed drug test.
The only way you can go to jail is if a court ordered you to do something or if you were arrested/charged or convicted of a new crime. Your mother can't just take you to jail for not doing what she wants. And if you are still young with drug problems, you should take your mother's advice: get into treatment for your own sake rather than to please a court.
