I dont have license and was pulled over for registration being expired and I am on bond . So do I violate my bond conditions?
It depends why you don't have a license, how many times you may have been caught driving without one previously, and what your specific conditions of bond are. Ask your lawyer. If you don't have one, get one.

If you have committed a crime, you have violated bond conditions. If your traffic stop resulting in a criminal charge (or charges), then you can also be charged with bail jumping. If you simply received a ticket for a non-criminal ordinance violation, then you have not violated bond conditions (unless you were ordered not to drive without a valid driver's license as a special condition of you bond).
