I’m a first offender arrested for a domestic dispute , I was released on bail 2 days before my court date and I currently don’t have the funds to pay my bail at the moment and my court date isn’t set until March . Can i be put back in jail for non payment before then ?
Yes. If you don't pay the bail bond company, they can arrest you and surrender you to the jail.

Yes the bail company can ask the court to have the bail exonerated and turn you over to the authorities to have you taken back into custody. So pay up or you will be back in the grey bar hotel.
