Probation placed some one in my home without my ok,did not sign papers nor did I talk with them.Was told I had to get her out ,like locking her out change locks evict her which I did. It has been almost a year since this happened
I'm not sure I understand your question. First probation forced you to have someone in your house and then told you they could no longer stay there? You should speak with an attorney.
