I put in a work order for mold an a.c. leak and water damage and they wouldn't fix it I kept getting sick I got acute pharyngitis and then I got bronchitis and towards the end I could not stop throwing up so I took pictures explained it to them thro a letter and left the key in and pics and letter in the Dropbox now they are trying to get me for breach of lease agreement and they want to get me for around $2-3,000 what do i do?
