I rent a room from my friend 4 yrs (aprx) . A yr ago I moved a woman in with me. The other night we was arguing and she broke my TV and she put her hand on my face and I got a little scratch she went into living room and was trying to take TV off the wall. My friend came out of his room and told her to stop. Cops were called and she is in jail she has dv and asult against my friend and reisting arest . Her and I have been talking and we love each other on other hand if I go against my friend I'm homeless . O guess I'm. At an inflict of testifying. If she s found guilty she's going to be gone for a while. But at the cops were called it was just crazy and we just wanted her to calm down not go to jail .my friend don't want her here anymore and I don't have the money to get a place right now , I don't know what to do
No, you can't get out of testifying. It is what it is. Don't make things worse. Deal with it head on and move on from there. Good luck.
