Well i got caught driving my friend's car and she had expire tags on it and plus i didnt have a license then but now im working on getting my license within a week . if i show proof to the court about my license could it be resolve
The tags is not such a big deal but the no license is a bigger deal. If your license is suspended it is even a bigger deal (especially if you have a DWI which is what you put as the practice area.) They are all law violations. Get the cases dismissed and you will be in a better position. (So hire a lawyer to help that happen.)
It could be resolved, but that's not likely. It's not that you obtained a license before going to court, but whether you were a licensed driver when you were ticketed. Even more importantly, if your probation stems from a DUI, that would make it a violation of your Probation. I suggest you consult with a criminal attorney locally and find out more specifics from them. Don't ever rely upon the advice given here from anyone who doesn't know your case intimately.
This answer does not form an attorney/client relationship with anyone and any answers do not constitute direct legal advice and should not be followed unless and until you have spoken with an attorney of your choice.
