I bought a 2011 GMC Terrain for 12,000 in a dealer
I was going to exchange it for a new one from the GMC line but I got told my terrain was just worth 2000 because I come out salvage
It is important to get a little more info before we really know what is going on. For example, did you buy the car new? How long ago did you purchase it? Did you get any disclosure when you purchased it? What does your title look like?
If that is the case, you should most certainly call a consumer attorney that specializes in auto-fraud, lender-fraud, or bait-and-switch financing. I would suggest going to http://www.consumeradvocates.org/find-attorney and find an attorney in your area that lists any of those as a specialty. The Kansas Consumer Protection Act covers attorneys’ fees, so they may even take your case without charging you any money out of pocket.
